Safflower oil is Ayurveda’s favorite oil for balancing kapha type skin due to its light, non-greasy nature. Containing some of the most vital nutritional components, safflower oil is rich in essential fatty acids, like omega-3 & 6, plus vitamin A & E, making it highly capable of locking in moisture & combating oxidative stress. Safflower oil stimulates collagen production, skin cell renewal, unclogs pores, reduces inflammation & even protects the skin from free-radicals at a cellular level, improving its elasticity & youth. Rosemary
