Shipping & Delivery Information
Wiccan Place fulfillment warehouse is located in Middlefield, MA, USA.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Our standard shipping is shipped out either the next business day if ordered before our daily order processing, otherwise the following day. Delivery is usually by Postal Mail (sometimes by UPS or Fedex for heavy items), and takes 2-5 business days. The vast majority of orders will be within two to three business days.
Most orders are shipped via USPS will have a delivery confirmation number, but we will not be able to accurately track USPS deliveries that are international. This includes orders shipped via the USPS to APO addresses. Larger orders tend to be shipped via UPS or Fedex. All orders delivered via UPS or Fedex have a tracking that we will be able to accurately track.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
WiccanPlace.com is a verified PayPal Business Seller. We store no credit cards details on our site, and cannot access any. Your details are completely safe with PayPal, which is the world’s leading payment processor, and incredibly secure and reliable
Back Order Policy
When any item is put on backorder at WiccanPlace Shop, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. If the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.
Some of the orders may be in stock or may not be in stock. It may take 2 weeks to a month or so for backorders to come in as we have no control over this. Backorders can be added as store credit to your account, partially refunded or in exchange for an item that is in stock.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
WiccanPlace.com will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of WiccanPlace.com
We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that if you contact us with changes and your order has already been processed for shipping we may not be able to make adjustments.
We are not liable for any duty charges.
