Description

A photographic replica of Paul Huson's own grimoire, Liber Spirituum. Torn, pasted, missing pages, and hand drawn and renumbered folios are all preserved in this facsimile replica. The original grimoire paper's distinctive qualities are still preserved. Paul Huson, an apprentice wizard, started work on his own Liber Spirituum (Book of Spirits) in 1966. His labor began years before he picked up the pen to light the pages of his Book of Spirits. Paul's fascination in magic started when he was a child. His restless curiosity led him to Dion Fortune's Society of the Inner Light in 1964, where he studied the rituals of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and the Stella Matutina under the guidance of Israel Regardie. Using ancient texts like the Key of Solomon, The Magus, Heptameron, Three Books of Occult Philosophy, and others, he created a unique set of rites and iconography. Paul's own grimoire has been replicated for the first time using high-quality photographic reproduction and printing technologies. This facsimile replica has kept all of Huson's revisions, including ripped, pasted, missing pages, and hand drawn and renumbered folios. The original grimoire paper's distinctive qualities are still preserved. The publisher has so maintained loyal to Paul Huson's original drawings and paintings. 224 pages, 8.6" x 10.5" paperback.
